Whiplash's is similar to the stereotypical outlaw: Poor hygeine, gruff voice, tough personality.

After Otis and his friends opened a wild west theme park, Whiplash attempted to rob them. After he was unwittingly beatten by Otis he swore revenge. He returned at high noon to challenge Otis to a showdown. Just as Otis was about to lose, Pig arrived on unicorns knocking Whiplash out of the park. It is unknown if Whiplash will ever return.
