Pig the Pig is one of Otis' friends. He is a portly, pink pig.

Pig had a grandmother (who died) and a former captain.

Pig is the one to dress up most often and disguise as a human when his friends are trying to either play a joke on, or distract the real humans.

Pig has various segments in the series (including "Viewer Mail," and "Doctor Pig," that interrupt some of the most important parts of the episode).

Pig loves to eat constantly.

Pig is revealed to have a "beautiful" singing voice in the episode, "Barnyard Idol."

Pig's occupation is a member of the Justice Brood and a cook.

Pig's powers and abilities is a skunk.

Pig lives in the Barnyard.

Pig loves to spend his day rolling around in mud and filth, making farting sounds with his armpit, and stuffing his face.

Pig is a very good cook and can be seen cooking up food for Barnyard parties. In one of the episodes, his pies become so famous that a man offers to buy his recipe for a "million bajillion" dollars, but Pig refuses to sell his grandmother's famous recipe. In the episode, "Chez Pig," Pig cooks pies, that everyone loves. Nobody knows the secret ingredient (which was passed down from his grandmother), but at the end, he tells the other animals. A duck quack prevents the viewer from hearing; the animals, who did hear are disgusted, meaning that it wasn't appropriate for viewers to know. Pig is the only character named after his animal species.

In the Back at the Barnyard online game, Boy Tipping, it is revealed that Pig is the strongest.
