Duke the Dog

Duke the Dog is the Farmer's loyal dog. He is a Border Collie. Duke speaks with a Brooklyn accent. He is voiced by Dom Irrera.

While he has a good heart, he is also very dumb, when it comes to sheep. He is also known to over-do it with return favors when someone saves his life. He watches over and guards the sheep. He lives in the doghouse. His favorite foods are dog biscuits.

In the movie, he seems to be somewhat of a leader. Now, he just hangs out with Otis and his friends. He helps out with Otis' stunts and pranks, but doesn't really do the prank. He would like to meet Tyra Barks and Ellen Barkin'. He is loyal to Otis, who saved his life, but Otis is also apperciative for Duke, who saved his life back.

His general is rolling over, playing dead, and chasing his tail. His songs are " Who Let the Dogs Out" and "Rock the Catbox." His movies are" Fetch", "Doggone with the Wind "and "Jurassic Bark."His television show is "The Twilight Bone." His book is "The DogVinci Code." His hero is Doggie Howser, M.D.

Duke shot the original Barnyard safety film, apparently, in the 1950's era, which means he's at least 50. Duke is also the self-appointed Barnyard safety inspector. Because of this, Pip nick named him "McGruff the Crime Dog."
