Cowman is Otis' superhero alter-ego, who first appeared in Cowman and Ratboy, with Ratboy as his sidekick. He is a member of the Justice Brood. He is also a parody of Batman. He is currently fighting crime with the Justice Brood. Otis, as Cowman, has many superhumans abilities, and also has seemed to have expanded his arsenal since his last mission.
